NEW PLAYER- Fire-Cyclone Chieftain Build Help ( Ngamahu's Flame Axe)

Hi Everyone,

I'm brand new to the game having played just over 5 weeks now. My initial shot at the game was to build the Fire-Cyclone Chieftain (Current level 79). I used this guide here... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2yaIuI-B58

Being new to the game I jumped in obviously without understanding all the aspects to the skill tree and such and especially Jewels. Per this guide, there is a "Mandatory" Medium Cluster Jewel requiring both Precise Retaliation & Pressure Points...the guide indicates that the Jewel costs around 5 Chaos Orbs, but I have yet to see a jewel with these added passive under an exalted orb.

I'm nowhere near being able to afford an exalted orb for anything but luckily/unluckily apparently I overlooked that this guide also had a "Non-Cluster Jewel Skill Tree (Here: https://tinyurl.com/yy2t53au)

The couple questions I have are... should I just respec my skill tree based on the Non-Cluster Pathway above, or is there a different tree/guide I should be following that you know of?
