Bug Reports - Cold/Lightning Damage to Spells does not apply to spell - Forum

Hello. My spell does a fire damage. When I used to add for example jewels or items with "Adds # to # Cold Damage to Spells" my spell had in the tooltip also that damage damage. It also had a chance to chill or freeze a target. Now I see the damage in tooltip is gone. My spell does cannot chill a target anymore. Is it a bug or some patch changes ?
