stash tab in harvest inferface not working with 5:4

playing on a 5:4 resolution doesnt allow you to correctly access our stash tab within the harvest interface.

you can only access the first few tabs, however, because of how the screen is set up the harvest interface blocks the stash tab in a way that doesnt allow the user to "circle tabs"
