Elementalist Arc Herald

Would love some advice on the build. Had to "emulate" some of the missing damage but got there in the end. I'm really bad at knowing which clusters are important and which ones to avoid so there's that. There are no necessary unique's for the build, but I have added three that really help it.

Yes, I know there are 2 passives that are over 100. I have used those for the Emulation jewel and the added stats are removed from the build.
