Syndicate screen & non-widescreen resolution

It's been here for ages and makes a lot of inconvenience when dealing with the syndicate.
Transportation/Intervention "decision dialogs" are completely out of the screen:
The easiest way to fix it is just to center these windows on screen. At least I see no value in moving that dialogs around the screen.
