Bug? Glitch?

The text of the item dropped on ground is jumbled, one other item like this in same area, syndicate safe house, jun enhanced map, museum tier 3 (magic). On windowed fullscreen the item looked as such, then on fullscreen it was in order. when scrolling over item it had the proper name revealed, and when in inventory the proper name was there, not jumbled. I have seen this one other time. I also have a snip of the other item with its name all jumbled with randomized characters/special characters. I have the other snip of the item that did the same thing in the same area if wanted. seems like a glitch? but who knows, maybe other people have seen it too. thanks :) (edit) it keeps happening about 20 or more items by the end of the map.
