Epilogue showing before Ac2

Steps to Reproduce
1. Level 1 character through story completing the epilogue
2. Level another character to Act 5
3. Navigate to the Farm via Waypoint in Act 5 base
4. Open the Waypoint in the Farm

Expected Results

* User should only see completed or in progress acts

More details:

• The second character only needs to get to Lioneye's Watch in Act 1.
• It seems to be related to some of the map nodes added to the Epilogue in 3.9 for the new Conquerors of the Atlas endgame, as only two nodes actually show up on the Epilogue tab prematurely.
