New player looking for a guild

Hi,
I'm new to PoE. My friend recommended this game to me but unfortunately he lives in a different time zone and we rarely get time to play together. I need a guild (that is preferably English speaking as that is my first language) that can help me in understanding and progressing in the game. I know this might be weird but I might not be online all the time due to IRL commitments but i will try my best to stay active as much as I can :)
