ChaosDot, ChaosDmg, SpellDmg and max ES Jewel in Harvest

I rolled this gem and it looks extremely good to me. I was only playing Standard before Harvest, and also quite a lot of SSF, so I have no idea what the economy looks like. I would be really glad if someone could help :)
