XXX% Increased Effect of Aura Reports Incorrectly

When you mouse over the aura skill in the skill bar, or when you look at the aura effect on the character stats display, the XXX% Increased Effect of Aura reported is incorrect.

I am using a mix of the skill tree and cluster jewels. The total displayed is only the total amount from the cluster jewel notables, not the passive increases from the small passives on the cluster jewels and it also does not display the increases from the skill tree.

Although the display is incorrect, the effect of the auras appear to be giving the correct benefit amount.

Discipline
6 small passives on medium aura cluster jewels 6% each - 36% Total
6 Stalwart Commander = 30% each = 180%
Sovereignty = 10%
Total Displayed = 180%.
Correct Total = 226%

Purity of Fire, Ice, Lightning
6 small passives on medium aura cluster jewels 6% each - 36% Total
4 Pure Commander = 30% each = 120%
Sovereignty = 10%
Total Displayed = 120%
Correct Total = 166%

Seems like the amount increased from the notable cluster jewel passives is overwriting the aura totals displayed instead of adding to the aura total from the skill tree.
