Tips on Atziri Cyclone build

So i followed a build from poe-vault. Cant seem to hit the dps they are claiming.
Can someone check my gear and tree and see where I can change to do better. I can map solo t16 but sometimes still get 1 shot or porupine, i guess i need some projectile damage reduction or just physical reduction?
Still trying to craft better gloves and another steel ring.

The build recommended blood rage but i cant get the hang of it, i die more if i use it.

Also what base should i be using for steel ring and spiked gloves, i feel like shaper/elder adds way to many options to chaos spam.
