Help with current build

Just wondering if there is anything I can do to pump out more damage as a budget Herald Stacking build. I've only played melee builds in the past so I'm used to just one shooting bosses on Impale Cyclone and Warcries. Not entirely sure if this is "acceptable" damage for a caster(?).

I would prefer to stick with Arc since there's nothing more satisfying than it's clear, although I wouldn't mind another approach (cast on crit?).

Things I'm considering:
-switching out a call of the brotherhood for a ring with curse on hit and chaos res so I can skip one of the small cluster jewels
-obviously voices would be an upgrade
-scaling crit
