Need Help Pricing this Chaos staff

I feel like it might be worth quite a bit but I don't usually have such seemingly high end drops to be able to list, so I have no idea what to list it at. It dropped 6 link, which was huge. +1 to chaos gems seems great, and that is pretty high extra chaos damage. Plus life leech and straight life gain seem strong. The fire damage bonus is probably unhelpful. The lightning resist is maybe helpful, depending on the persons current gear. The big issue is it is already corrupted and mostly with green gems instead of blue. Don't really know much about chaos builds myself though.

So, what would you list this at? Tried asking in trade chat in game and got 25 ex as an answer, which I feel was a joke at my expense, but I really have no clue.

Thank you in advance to anyone willing to take the time to help. I normally just pricecheck everything myself, but there is nothing similar on the trade site when I checked so there is no reference at all that I can find.
