Ice cyclone needs helps

im playing a cold damage warcry cyclone

using 2 hand axe "Debeon's Dirge" which synergy well with warcry

but the mostly cold damage and a lil phy damage really mess with my bd

i cant take most of the increase phy damage notes on the passive tree

and there is not much ele damage on the left side of the tree

so im gonna go heavy in to cluster jewels since there is alot useful notes

I want to know if there is a efficient way to convert my phy damage into ele

and is turning cold into fire sup gonna increase my damage dramatically?
