DSC, Potential mirror tier toxic rain bow? need help with pricing or what to do with it!

The problem is the bow is trying to do two things at once. All the mods that increase the base physical + chaos are for hits/poison...but the DPS looks too low to really be a poison bow. The + gems levels are nice if you are scaling the DOT of toxic rain or caustic arrow but then the %physical damage stuff goes to waste. Basically a decent multi-craft built specific for either poison or DOT will beat it.

" Couldn't it potentially be way better than a single scaling bow though? I always assumed you'd get way more power from Toxic Rain just going all out on it. Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.
