(Delirium Softcore) This Shaper+Hunter bow

In need of a price check! I've seen a few of these types of bows being crafted and sold, but I'm not even sure what build would use them. Seems they don't really care about pdps. I know it's missing maybe the best mod (cold dmg per 10 dex) but other than that idk
