Need help with build (Berserker Sweep)

Hello, I am terrible at making my own builds, always follow guides.

Any way I could improve my tree? Also just reached maps so what gear should I be striving for?

I want to use sweep, yeah I know not a great skill but that is the goal.

I was also trying for a crit build with it, but am not beholden to that, I could go bleed or something too.
