Disappearing skills during shoes changes

Hi.
I have some serious problem with new gear. Currently i am using this shoes with damage 2300 (in total) when i want to change to this one dmg is going down to 300?? and all Q, W, E, R, T and mouse skills are disappearing (empty spaces).
