item rarity is actually a worthless stat.
it doesnt affect currency drops. and valuable uniques are either super rare or drop source restricted, so it doesnt do anything. and there are easy methods for making good rares, so that we dont have to rely on finding them. that out of the way, 100 es, 70 life, 2 good resists. its decidedly average. craft a res and wear it if its good for you. | |
