Bladefall chieftain with blade blast totem help

I'm looking for help on path of building I can't ever seem to get my damage over 20k on it. In game the character is in act 8 and feels very strong. I'd like some people to look at it and get recommendations.

I'm using a Martyr of Innocence as the weapon, leap slam with fortify support, and the cluster jewels I'm using are already in the tree.

Any gear recommendations? I've been using mostly rare gear. Would you change the tree in any way?
