What’s this icon

I have a green hand orbiting my character and can’t find it anywhere online to find out what it is. Anyone know what it’s from, would love to know what it does. Is there another site that shows what all these icons mean too other than the wiki? There are a few others I have and they’re not on the pages they have. I’m talking about the skill icons and buff icons on the active page you play on. Thanx
