Weylam Roth dialogue audio bug after killing the Brine King

As the title titles. After you kill the Brine King and speak to Weylam Roth, the audio dialogue ends before he finishes what he has to say. The text also rolls too fast to match the audio. Bloody barnacles on me arse!

Also does the same on the Gemling Queen in Act 3.

Possibly related to this issue, there was no Nessa audio when I started the encounter yesterday nor any Weylam after.
