[Theorycraft] Chieftain Kinetic Bolt Build ?

Hi guys !

It's my first time trying to theorycraft something,
I play PoE since 2013 but i'm kinda casual (I think) but I really want to be better this league.
So I'm really interested in Kinetic Bolt and having it as a main attack.
So I tried to imagine it full fire damage in a chieftain.
There is what I came up with.

Hinekora, Death's Fury +

Since we don't have Kinetic Bolt on the PoB I tried to imagine it with a spell like Blade Vortex since it's a full Physical Damage Spell. But it's in the name, it's a spell, and Kinetic Bolt is an attack so I don't now how to calculate the real potential.

Kinetic Bolt
+ Fire Penetration
+ Elemental Damage w/ Attacks
+ Added Fire Damage
+ Elemental Focus
+ Inc. Critical Strikes(or Iron Will ?)

So, Fire Damage and Crit Chance to trigger Elemental Overload ?

For the leveling maybe choose Resolute Technique over Elem Overload
less expensive to gear.

So that's where I need your help, is my theorycarft valid ?
I don't know with what support gems I'll link KBolt with, nor with what items i'll be playing this with.

(Be gentle it's my first Theorycraft)
You can say it's sh*t if it is x'D but please explain to me :D

I cant see your POB am at work.

I think Kbolt will feel bad w/o Barrage, if you pay attention on the Showcase video you can see they use kbolt w/o barrage and it seems to be too wide and not enough projectiles. The next frame is Kbolt with Barrage looks more fluent.

If you can find a good phys wand this build could be really good.
Phys wands are expensive.

I have a feeling Projectile speed will have a great roll on this skill.

Ok i'll test both with and w/o barrage but I think it can be way more fun with :D
With the physical damage buff on every wands maybe this time Phys wand will be less expensive (fingers crossed)

It will be my league starter, i'll be playing along with my friend who's playing an Shadow Cyclone build.

If it works, maybe i should post a full build showcase.

I'm really excited for this league !
