WTB Brutal Restraint Timeless Jewel with Minion/Life/Other Bonuses around Witch jewel socket.

Would like to pick up a Brutal Restraint timeless Jewel with good enhancements to notables in the witch area.

Notable additives I'm looking for:

Most important (must include at least two, but more is preferable):
- Minions deal 20% increased Damage

High Value
- Minions have 15% increased Movement Speed
- 10% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras from your Skills
- 5% increased Attack and Cast Speed
- 4% increased maximum Life
- +20% to Cold Resistance

Useful
- 20% increased Evasion Rating
- 8% increased Effect of Flasks on you

Acceptable
- 10% increased Flask Charges gained
- 5% increased Movement Speed
- 5% chance to Blind Enemies on Hit

Ideally I'm looking for the additives listed above for the six notables circled in green. I may consider Jewels which have strong additives on some of the yellow-circled notables. The notables with red X's are ones which are otherwise useless to my build or out of the way - additives on these are useless to me.
