" a 'good item' depends on the build. even as far as bows go, there are many variations of what 'good' looks like. this is the start of a good item, with tier1 phys% and tier1 increased crit chance. alternatively, this bow doesnt have any phys%, but it has +gem levels instead. very different bows for very different builds. | |
