Fix Weapon Switching

As a freezing pulser, I have decided to melee users who run with leap/whirling blades by weapon switching and using a high attack speed sword with flicker strike.

However, the problem is that half of the time, when I weapon switch, my weapons don't actually switch and I'm stuck w/o the ability to use my freezing pulse since I'm a staff user.

Please fix Weapon switching so that I can dominate against most runners in PVP.

PS. I am not good at pvp, if I was, I wouldn't be asking them to fix this. So don't flame me please.

If your weapons arent switching its because you are trying to weapon swap while your character is still finishing an action (animation). Be patient and do it while you are moving or something instead.
