i want a MOM/ES Hierophant

so the Thing is, the Hierophant has such nice synergies between Mana and ES.
I would really like to build a char arround it, ES/MOM/CI.
A totemless Hierophant, just playing the mana stuff with an Int stacking selfcast whispering ice or so.
but i dont get it running as Long the Mana cant Protect my ES
and going for Life, ES and Mana is quite too much effort for the effect.
The INT stack just makes ES a must have and the huge mana pool and reg makes MoM a kinda must have.
a Little Change in the ascendancy that MOM may protect ES would be nice.
