Flask percentage tag error (maybe other stuff)

Hello Dear support guys. Kinda first time (since beta) Im making an issue but my little mathematician is rageous.

The issue is linked to flask modifiers tags, when you having for example 1.4k hp flask and enchant it to restore 50% more hp 33% slower:

base is 1460 hp per 3 sec:


enchanted flask AS THE DESCRIPTION SAYS 50% increased amount and 33% reduced rate:


sure + 50% hp TO BASE HP REGEN, but analyzing the rate 4.5 secs comparing to 3 secs is 50% reduced rate TO BASE TIME, not as description says!

same any other flask for sure :
