+3 bow, culling strike and additional arrow

Got crazy lucky crafting this bow. I was actually trying to get either culling or extra arrow but instead I got both!

Just so you know Culling Strike does not work with DoT therefore for CA that mod is useless

Not exactly useless. I still have to use CA every 2 seconds, which is a bit, and I also have Mirage Archer throwing TR out during boss fights.
