New Build, how do i make it better?

This is my first forum posted build and wanted to get some advice on how to make it better. The pastebin is for a Marauder using CWC Cyclone Discharge.

i know im missing alot of skill gems. im just unsure of what to use that would actually benefit me

id like to keep any individual piece of gear under 30c trying to keep it a decently budget build
