Help me fix my Marauder! Willing to do a complete respec!

First things first, here is the character in question:

Listen, I don't want to level another character. I've made 3 this league and that's 2 above average for me. My Storm Burst Trickster and Bleed Bow all ended up being too expensive for me to scale to endgame on a casual time crunch.

So, I made this fire cyclone Chieftan hoping that he could tank the higher tier maps and allow me to do Awakener. So far, it looks like I'm dead wrong. Although I have many hours player in PoE, I largely consider myself a noob since I can't commit much time to the leagues I do participate in.

Should I respec this Chieftan into a multistrike Jugg of some sort? Can the fire cyclone be saved (with something like Facebreakers)?

Any and all guidance would be mega-helpful! I'm so very tired of hitting a wall at T12/13.
