[3.9] Cyclone Juggernaut Pure Phys

Hey Guys, welcome to my 3.9 Pure Phys Cyclone Build!
The typical Slayer Cyclone felt just too squishy for t16 Metamorphs, so i tried to make a tanky Juggernaut Version out of it. Currently i have LvL 7 Sirus down and the Metamorphs are for the most part no problem anymore. Still i am looking to improve the build and i hope you guys can help me out. I am looking for a way to boost my dps while maintaining and improving my survival. If you have any suggestions, i would be happy to test them out.
