Ideas for this Scepter? 3*lvl20 support: Crit Strikes, Faster Attacks, Elemental Damage with Attacks

found this one and i´m thinking about a use for this scepter to give it some use.

Enchantable with Prefix and Affix. (phys damage atm.)


first of all i thought about using it with Elemental Strike and some supportive gems. but i dont know...

open for recemmendations :)

For any weapon that you want to use in an attack build, you want the weapon to have decent stats. This does not have decent stats.
