Vermillion Ring + Incursion Mod + T2 Strength

I just found this ring:


Strength T2
Phys Damage T3
Accuracy T1


I just don't know what to do. Annul the lightning res? Seems very risky to me.

My guess is:
Remove Suffix-Add Prefix, hoping for removing the resistance mod or accuracy.If the strength mod gets removed, then sell for couple exalts.

OR:
Redeemer Orb for Projectile Damage / Cold Damage / Minion Damage

Or sell as is? But for how much, 20ex?

I realy need some advice here. :(
