I did a search on HC with 60 global crit multi and over 950 damage with unarmed attacks. There are 57 of those indexed (which doesnt mean these are all for sale) around 30-50 ex. Most are on semi-dead accounts, so that price is totally irrelevant.

I say price whatever you want. But keep in mind that PERM HC is pretty dead. I know a sad state of affairs. With a bit of luck you can trade for another item with someone else.
