Hi. Can I get HeadHunter if I use orb of shance on leather belt?

Or that possibility was removed?

you CAN. however, some criteria still exist:

A) the belt must be over ilvl 40.
B) you must be inside a map with nemesis mod from the MAP DEVICE. Nemesis on the map item isnt relevant, you must PAY chaos for the nemesis mod from the device.
