Since you are guaranteed to hit a awakener exile affix when using the orb, you have a very high chance of hitting the mods u want.

I just slammed a ring with a Hunters Exalted orb, where I could only land 3 prefixes because Suffixes were blocked and one mod was blocked due to iLvl.

I got LGoH on this beauty.
