Help me with my build ( Inquisitor spark 3.9)

I play this build from the start of the league, and dissapointed in it.Im always 0hp or taking damage and this idiotical sound(when youv been hit) haunting me.Character is slow, clumsy- not fast clearing speed.always dying of the monster which throws spikes on dead.Look at my gear and passive tree , maybe you can give me some advice. I have not a lot of time to start new character. Thank you.
