i'm wondering if the passive at the end of doon apply on every spell or don't so that + ele dmg,phys dmg, fire dmg looks nice

e/ i'm running a totem chieftan build

the % physical damage is local, it only applies to an attack made with this weapon, NOT spells.

this wand has 92% spell and 24% fire. the rest is irrelevant.
doon has 32% elemental, 15% cast speed, and 1% per 8 str. YES this applies to everything.

however, you would need almost 700 str to make up for the missing spell damage.
doon is kind of a shit weapon.
