Organ pop-ups don't include their rewards

Some organs with rewards don't say what kind of reward they have (i.e. "Drops additional Rare Armour") in their pop-up when they are on the left side of the metamorph interface. When the same organs are on the right side, reward description is present.
This happens with all rarities or organs and various reward types. I've made a number of screenshots and can upload them if necessary.

I can second this, organs not showing proper rewards. The pictures are self explanatory, but the armor organs can have different rewards such as incursion armors etc.
