[3.8] Cleave Juggernut i need some Help

Hello..
my name is Nico and this is my first try to create my own build. I love to play Cleave but not only one Buildguide exist :-( So i started my own try and here is the result:

In Town i have 255k dps and in Combat arround 680K dps
Total dps arround 1.25mio dps. But i think with some tips of you guys it can be some more effective.

The Char is not min/maxed because i didnt know if its work fine or not. But i think i feel really nice to play :)

for Mapping i use Haemophilia and Area of Effect
for Bossing i use Spiked Gloves and Concentrated Effect

It would be reaaly nice if some of you guys can check my first build to cancel any foults i maybe do and help me a little bit to optimize this Build.
