Using PoE Soundtracks in Minecraft Resource Pack

I thinking about creating a Minecraft resource pack that replaces Minecraft default music with PoE soundtracks. What is the legality of this? If I finish and want to publish the pack on a website like CurseForge, what are the legal implications?
