Build help for Templar using Kongors?

Anyone know of build for using kongors on Templar i have 6 link and 6 link armor astral plate. I havent played for years and just game back last week all these new ascendacy classes etc are overwhelming

I would say it is like leveling budget unique for cyclone build.
