Pretty sweet ring

Just dropped a couple of minutes ago. It's the best rolled one in Legion, and there is only one like it in Standard - but with tier 2 ES (search was done without life of course). However, the one in standard has the legacy % ES craft on it, and it goes for 150 exalts.

Since it doesn't have an open suffix for an Aspect, should I perhaps try to double veil it, or just sell it like this? And what do y'all think is a good price for it?

Looks like it'd be pretty good for a HOWA build. However, those usually want 2x Perandus Signet, so that's a stretch on my part. In that case tho, you would want cold + lightning damage craft.

Do you reckon it'd be better instead of going one flat and WED on it?

You could craft mana, slam and replace the craft with a damage mod if you want the highest chances I guess?
