Elemental damage works on a high attack speed base. It can never work on something this slow. Two handers are also poor choice for that. Finally elemental damage on attacks nowadays is either gotten through physical conversion or stat stacking. These here are the highest elemental damage weapons at poe.trade and they are not even that expensive.
