Merge Singapore&Seoul&Japan PVP into Asia

So we can have 'Asia Sarn' and 'Asia PVP'.
Current korean can't join pvp q, cuz seoul realm is separated... very weird. I think Asia is porpular as us, eu now. I agree, lot of korean are into pvp but they can t join pvp.
