[3.13] KINETIC BLAST WANDER DEADEYE (MF too!) (2021 Edition) Build > UBER ELDER down!

Kinetic Blast has been nerfed twice. First time in 3.4 when it got less area
damage and explosions were changed to prevent shotgunning near walls. And then in 3.7 when abyssal jewels were all lowered down by at least 30%. So what's the state of KB Wanders now? I must say i devled quite deep into the build to answer the question. And the short answer is: still viable. Still doing the job. Still expensive. Still needs barrage for Uber Elder. Still ridiculous aoe which one shots everything offscreen, still insanely fun! The goal of the build was to create a TANKY, HIGH dps character capable to do ALL content, and not just silly currency farming. Get a 6L Silverbranch if possible. You can indeed. Check Path of Building for skill gem setups! Ele Wanders are cheaper and more flexible (you can use 1c weapon), while Physical are way more expensive, but do more damage. 4) Why do you have 2 path of building links? What's the difference?

The first one is what most Wanders use. It's pretty standard and generic. The second is an alternative variant and is more about stacking abyssal jewels and using Unnatural Instinct. It gives more toughness and slighly less damage, also more problematical to gain Intelligence. I had to go this route to use my Timeless jewel with 240% increased projectile damage and 80% crit chance. 5) I die all the time!

Level up, stack life jewels, use Warlord's Mark. I would consider this build a squishy one, but not SO SQUISHY. I delved just fine ibto 300+ and farmed endless T16 maps without dying
6) How i can craft the most insane Ele Wand?

Glad to see there's an old skill getting new life. sadly the first thing I though when I saw this new thread was "can trickster use this"?

I hope TS will not become the final resting place of the leveling wander as a result of players "giving up" on getting their KB Katyusha fully online. It looks well worth the extra effort to get there, and my mate already has the tools for this (he's been playing OoS Trickster and has the god wand with the +phys as chaos).
