PC - +2 barrage fractal thoughts

As far as I know this is the only one in existence. I'm currently leveling a character I intend to use this helmet with, but I keep getting whispers about it so I figure I would ask you standard moguls what you would price this helmet at.

I'm guessing for a cold dex stacker bow build it would be the best bossing helmet
