MTX for summons

I love skellies and wolves. However, in PoE they disappear so quickly. Is there any zombie gem MTX to change them into zombie wolves, spectral wolves, or even celestial wolves..... or even spectral skellies? I would like to see these "-al" but not the "ephemer-al".
