Noob looking for gear help

hello!
Just finished the epilogue with a ranger and using a build from: [Removed by Support] so far im lvl 71 and currently squishy and scraping by on tier 1 desert maps. Im not sure what I should improve on or items i should be hunting for. I currently have 1ex and 7c. Just need to be pointed in the right direction for how I should be going about my build. Thanks! Go to your account privacy settings and untick "hide characters" otherwise no one can see your chatacters / gear and tell you what to improve.
